MOMs is a woman-only community fitness class created for woman who want a safe, supportive and welcoming environment to train in. Designed especially for those starting or restarting their fitness journey, this class focuses on building confidence, improving fitness and encouraging positive movement at your own pace. Whether you are new to exercise, returning after time away or simply looking for a comfortable space to train with other woman, MOMs is a great way to connect, more and feel supported.

 

CounterPUNCH Parkinson’s is a supportive boxing-based fitness class designed for anyone disadvantaged by a physical or mental disability, including those living with Parkinson’s. The class focuses on safe, structured movement to help improve balance, coordination, strength, mobility, confidence and overall wellbeing. Delivered in an encouraging and inclusive environment.

CounterPUNCH Parkinson’s allows participants to train at their one pace while being part of a positive community that supports every individual's journey.

 

Youth Academy is a fun and structured class for children aged 8-11, designed too introduce them to boxing in a sage and supportive environment. Students learn basic boxing skills, coordination, fitness, discipline, respect, confidence and teamwork while developing positive life skills that carry beyond the gym. This class is a great way for young people to star active, build self-belief and grow through the values of sport.

Junior Boxing is a structured class for ages 12-16 designed for young people who want to learn and develop in the sport of boxing. This class focuses on boxing technique, footwork, fitness, defence, discipline, confidence and understanding the fundamentals of Olympic-style boxing in a safe and supportive environment. Junior Boxing helps students build skills, improve fitness and develop the focus and respect needed both inside and outside the ring.

 

Senior Boxing is a structured class for ages 17 and over, designed for those wanting to lean and develop in the sport of boxing with the goal of progressing towards competing. This class focuses on technique, footwork, defence, fitness, discipline, confidence and fundamentals of Olympic-style boxing in a sae and supportive environment. Senior Boxing helps participants build their skills, improve conditioning and develop the focus and commitment needed to take the next step in their boxing journey.

 

Boxing Team is our competitive amateur boxing class for athletes training to compete in Olympic-style boxing. This class is for committed boxers who are developing their skills, fitness, discipline and ring craft for competition at club, regional, national and international level. Our boxing team as proudly produced national champions, New Zealand representatives and world-ranked boxers, continuing a strong tradition of achievement, hard work and excellence in the sport.
